This event at The Foundry Golf Club was beyond stunning! Bright florals, twinkling lights under a sailcloth tent, and even cannon fire rounded out this stellar wedding. This bride was a Richmond native with deep roots, and The Foundry Golf Club was chosen as their venue with extra special meaning behind it — the bride’s grandfather was one of the founding members of the club! We loved being able to use every inch of this venue’s property.

So many fun and unexpected moments!

The ceremony was more exciting than most. Firing a canon during their “I do” kiss was just one of many. Then, if that wasn’t enough excitement, there was a helicopter brigade that flew over during the ceremony - the officiant powered through and the ceremony kept on, making for a truly memorable experience!

Each unique moment of this event was intentional.

You might not expect a typical golf club to have a massively wide variety in setting, but at The Foundry that’s exactly what we found. This couple used almost every location on the grounds, whether it was just portraits or cocktail hour, and it created such an amazing experience for their guests. We even included an oyster break for the bride and groom!

We design every event with each couple in mind. This couple wanted a springy vibe, but had an early fall date. We included soft pinks and sages for a style that fit the magical energy they were looking for.

The magical and fun energy continued through the reception with the most amazing dress change from the bride and a sparkler send off!
