Taste of The Commonwealth Club

Every year The Commonwealth Club hosts a one-of-a-kind event meant to wine, dine and inspire the couples and clients hosting their upcoming weddings and events at the venue. It is a unique and creative experience for these attendees, but also the participating vendors who are made up of Richmond's top event industry gurus. Our team was asked to be a sponsor for the event and we jumped at the opportunity! We spend the majority of the time bringing our clients' visions to life, it is not often we are allowed the opportunity to pull from our own creative aesthetic. The overall vision and palette were inspired by both the upcoming spring season and the venue's main ballroom, which is traditional, elegant and full of Richmond charm. This year our team collaborated with Paisley & Jade, Petals & Twigs, Classic Party Rentals of Virginia, English Tea Paperie, and Lava Lab to bring the design to life. Our team developed the aesthetic, communicated this vision to the vendor team, and then we all worked our magic to bring the final details together. David Abel took some brilliant shots of the design elements and stylized tablescape.
