  • We will continue to hire non-white team members
  • Our doors have, and will always be open to everyone
  • We will speak up when we hear racist comments made by those that we work with/for
  • We will continue to promote and support vendors of color #unitythroughcommunity
  • We will donate our time and money to support anti-racist causes in Richmond
