Modern Wedding at the VMFA
We love getting the scoop on the couple from their mothers. Apparently, prior to meeting Victoria, you wouldn't catch Walker in an art museum. Well, a soon as it became news that Walker agreed to go to an art museum with Victoria, his family knew this relationship was special. And you know they're meant to be if both parties agreed to host their wedding reception in that very same art museum!Victoria and Walker opted for an elegant affair at St. Mark's Episcopal church, with the wedding reception just a stone's throw away at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Guests mingled at the Pauley Center during cocktail hour and transitioned into the Marble Hall for the remaining festivities. The museum and the art within its walls were meant to be the centerpiece of the evening. But, if we are being honest, Victoria's dress was the real show stopper. The dress itself was like a work of art - modern and structural, yet with classic lines. She looked radiant! Meghan McSweeney captured the day in its truest form. What a night to remember!Watch their wedding video by Molly Scott, here.
